Soccer Aid 2014: Jose Mourinho Hilariously Tackles Olly Murs

Jose Mourinho provided the highlight of Sunday's Soccer Aid 2014 match, after the manager invaded the pitch in order to tackle pop singer Olly Murs.

The annual charity match, which is held to raise money for charity organisation UNICEF, saw a selection of famous English faces (and Jonathan Wilkes) take on the Rest of the World team, which was coached by Mourinho and boasted the likes of angry Scot chef Gordon Ramsay and comedian Kevin Bridges. The Rest of the World team picked up the victory, winning 4-2 following a hat-trick from Clarence Seedorf and a goal from Nicky Byrne. England's Jamie Redknapp and Kevin Phillips scored for England.

But the score wasn't the biggest story to come from the event, as Mourinho's tackle on Olly Murs left those in attendance in hysterics. Murs took the incident in good spirit, though the same could not be said for Edgar Davids' confrontation with Jonathan Wilkes, after Davids went in for a risky lunging tackle on the former TV presenter/Robbie Williams' best mate.

Davids and Wilkes collided after the challenge, with Davids punching Wilkes in the chin. Davids got a yellow card for his troubles, and a chorus of boos from those packing out Old Trafford to watch the event.
