White Arrows Pack The Troubador

It was shoulder to shoulder last night at the Troubador as local fans came out in droves to support headliners White Arrows, and openers Wardell and Strangebabes.

Lead singer Mickey Church charted a very experimental course for the band as they rocked a number of songs played live for the first time, as well as their brand new single “We can’t Ever Die” – which the crowd seemed to love.

Later in the set, we also found out that this was the last show where Mickey’s brother Henry would be joining them on drums. So there was a ton of extra energy on stage as they ripped their hits “Coming or Going” and “Get Gone“. You could tell they were playing for keeps since this was the last time they would be jamming together for the foreseeable future.

Although I would have loved to hear them play for another 30-45 minutes, the set was was great and I don’t think anyone left the venue unhappy.

Check out the new single below as well as some shots from the show.
