You might have seen the video this weekend of Counter Logic Gaming’s Peter “ptr” Gurney reaching his hand out to shake a reporter’s hand only to be denied. It was an embarrassing sight, one that not only the Counter-Strike: Global Offensive community at large but the pros have got a good laugh from.
Fellow professional CS: GO player Sean “sgares” Gares decided to use his interview opportunity this morning to imitate ptr’s awkward moment. He didn’t execute it perfectly, but it was enough to cause an eruption of laughter in chat. The video can be seen above.

Katowice 2015’s CS: GO qualifier is currently underway. Both Cloud 9 and Counter Logic Gaming have succeeded in qualifying, but a few matches remain. You can see the current standings here.
