The lineup for Western Australia’s beloved summer festival Southbound has been unveiled this morning and it’s a doozy, featuring the likes of Bloc Party, Disclosure, Foals, Gary Clark Jr. and even ‘Weird Al’ Yankovic.
The stacked 2016 lineup also features Australian legends Courtney Barnett, Hilltop Hoods, Hiatus Kaiyote, Meg Mac, RÜFÜS and Paul Kelly as well as international heavyweights Toro y Moi, Django Django, Halsey, Kurt Vile And The Violators, The Maccabees, Young Fathers and many more.
Southbound 2016 will return to Sir Steward Bovell Park in Bussellton Western Australia and for the first time will expand across three days. Things will kick off on Friday, 8th January with the festival’s opening party, Friday Night Fever, where punters can get fancy with the dress up theme “Disco Inferno”.
Leading the Friday Night Fever lineup will be Art Vs Science, as well as Hwls, Koi Child and The Dancing Accountant.

Southbound ticket pre-sales will be start 9am AWST Wednesday August 5th until 5pm AWST Sunday August 9th.
