Before the STARZ original series, Black Sails returns for a third season next year, Anchor Bay Entertainment is bringing Black Sails: The Complete Second Season to Blu-ray and DVD next month.
Created by Jon Steinberg and Robert Levine, and executive produced by Michael Bay’s Platinum Dunes, Black Sails mixes historical pirates and original characters from Robert Louis Stevenson’s classic novel, Treasure Island. But the focus of the series is on Captain Flint (Toby Stephens), the most feared pirate of his age.
In Black Sails Season 2, Captain Flint took command of the Spanish Man O’ War, and it wasn’t all CGI trickery! In CraveOnline’s exclusive video from Black Sails: The Complete Second Season, you’ll see that a full-size Spanish Man O’ War was actually created for the series.

Black Sails: The Complete Second Season hits Blu-ray and DVD on Tuesday, November 3. The third season will begin on STARZ in January 2016.
