Last year, TNT wrapped up its epic sci-fi series, Falling Skies after five seasons. Today, Falling Skies: The Complete Series hit Blu-ray and DVD, with all 52 episodes in one box set.
Falling Skies took place in the aftermath of an alien invasion that decimated the planet. With most of the military wiped out, the battle to reclaim the Earth fell to the ordinary people of the 2nd Mass, a makeship group of fighters and survivors. Noah Wyle starred in the series as Tom Mason, a historian who had to reinvent himself as a leader and a fighter for the sake of humanity and for his family.
CraveOnline has an exclusive video from Falling Skies: The Complete Series that features Wyle reflecting on the parallel tracks of his character’s journey and his own experience on the show, while Colin Cunningham recalls the first time that he got to see the alien Skitters and Overlords.
Falling Skies: The Complete Series includes farewell interviews with Wyle and Cunningham, as well as their castmates Doug Jones, Sarah Carter, Connor Jessup, and Drew Roy. Additionally, the box set contains hours of bonus features including episode commentaries, behind-the-scenes featurettes and the Falling Skies 2014 panels from WonderCon and Comic-Con International.
