Cam Newton Hops Playground Fence To Meet 7th Graders, 7th Graders LOSE It

I have my reasons for not liking Cam Newton, and not for the reasons you may think. That being said, the Panthers quarterback went viral for all the right reasons early Saturday.

According to reports, Newton was on a shoot in Davidson, North Carolina and saw a student at a nearby playground wearing his jersey. In response, the NFL MVP decided to have some fun with the kids, hopping the fence to play a little catch with the local 7th graders.

The kids lost their damned minds.

According to WSOC-TV, one student was so excited that they were hyperventilating (most likely our girl below).

Here’s one screen shot of a little girl in a blue shirt who, at first glance of Cam, looks like her head is about to explode.

After the initial shock, comes screams not heard since the Beatles made their U.S. debut in ’63.

It’s like watching the Zapruder Film, but I promise this little girl’s reaction alone is worth the :30 of your life.

Just look at that face.

Newton also got permission from teachers before he hopped the fence — good call, Cam.

Shaq did something similar this past year, playing hoops with some kids in a local street. He also stuck around to give some life advice. Hopefully Cam did the same.
