Physicist, presenter, and knower of all things Professor Brian Cox has announced a run of Australian tour dates, bringing with him his vast knowledge of all things Deep Space.
‘Professor Brian Cox – A Journey into Deep Space’ puts a strong focus on the ‘golden age of discovery’. Cox asks the hard questions about all recent breakthroughs including the recently documented gravitational waves, confirming the existence of the Higgs Boson and all the most recent credible theories of where we / the universe came from.
Cox explained the crux of his new show:
“We know vastly more about the universe at a fundamental level than we did a decade ago, and the universe is turning out to be stranger and more fascinating than we could have imagined.
“In this tour I will describe these recent discoveries, and discuss what they mean for our understanding of the universe, its origin and evolution. But I also want to discuss how we could possibly know such things.”
Cox will be supported on this mind-blowing sojourn by UK comedian, writer an co-host of BBC Radio 4’s The Infinity Monkey Cage Robin Ince,
