The first Tekken 7 gameplay trailer was unveiled at E3 2016, with the Street Fighter series’ veteran Akuma making an appearance.
Akuma, an iconic villain from Capcom’s Street Fighter series, squared off against Tekken’s Heihachi in the clip, which concluded with the former performing the special finishing move he acquired in Street Fighter IV.
Though there’s still no word on whether or not Tekken X Street Fighter is still a thing, it appears that at least one of the latter’s fighters will be making their way into the latest Tekken game.
It was also announced that Tekken Tag Tournament 2 will be made available for free for Xbox Live subscribers, via the Games with Gold program.
