Get ready for chaos to descend onto Aussie stages, because Eric Andre is bringing his unpredictable brand of comedy to Australia this December.
The host of Adult Swim’s ‘The Eric Andre Show’ will bring his stand-up act down under for shows in both Sydney and Melbourne.
Andre has made headlines for his wacky interview style, and has done things like eaten his own vomit in front of Lauren Conrad, pissed off rapper T.I. by bringing out a naked man, and made A$AP Rocky and Danny Brown complete a ridiculous obstacle course on his show.
While it’s his first tour in Australia, Andre has already been here, sort of. Aussie street artist Lushsux painted a nude portrait of Andre, which he actually really loved even though it was covered up quite quickly due to its NSFW-ness.
Andre’s show will almost definitely be NSFW, but it’s not going to be out in the middle of a public space so it should be A-ok.
His ‘The Eric Andre Show’ co-host Hannibal Buress will also be in Australia around the same time, so we would place our bets on the pair uniting on stage somewhere at some time.
