Philly wide receiver Riley Cooper was a trending topic on Twitter Wednesday — not because of his football play but because a video surfaced in which he comes across extremely racist.
The video below shows a very frustrated Cooper backstage at a Kenny Chesney concert, shouting “I will jump that fence and fight every (n-word) here, bro.” The video was first share by by CrossingBroad.com. Deadspin later showed it too along with Cooper’s public apology. According to Deadspin, Cooper was yelling at a security guard because he wasn’t allowed backstage.
Cooper’s apology via Twitter seems genuine. Maybe it was just the alcohol talking during the concert?
