Gregory Plotkin is well familiar with the Paranormal Activity franchise. Plotkin, who has edited the last three PA films, was hired to direct Paranormal Activity 5, according to Crave’s CinemaBlend website.
This will be Plotkin’s directoral debut though his feature film editing resume also includes The Insider and Friday Night Lights.
Paranormal Activity 5 is set for North American release October 24, 2014.
