Decades of impeccably crafted titles paved the way for the newest addition to the series. Someone once asked me what my favorite game for the N64 was. I told them it was Waverace 64. After the initial shock wore off they composed themselves enough to start spewing forth title after title of games which they thought were better than Waverace. Before the list grew too long I calmly interjected, "Yes, those are all wonderful games to play but to do so I'd have to put my drink down.
