In the “Darkest Hours” story arc, Venom has rejoined Peter Parker, who is actually Otto Octavius, who thinks his iron will can dominate the symbiote. However, his negative emotions are flaring up, which has caused Mary Jane Watson to press the panic button and call the Avengers. Will Earth’s Mightiest Heroes be able to contain the “Superior Venom?”
