This Chapter 11 isn’t bankruptcy, but it’s certainly as foreboding. It’s Chapter 11 of “Dark Cybertron,” which is the huge crossover epic that’s swallowed up both of IDW’s Transformers titles – and now it’s threatening to swallow up the whole of existence, as Shockwave’s master plan finally comes to fruition.
The Black Planet in the title of this particular issue has nothing to do with Public Enemy. Instead, it means that there’s a swarm army of Ammonites so massive – billions strong – that they blot out the sun and the stars, all to protect Shockwave while he becomes the logical conclusion of the effort to make Cybertron dominant – kill everything else.
