Ever since The Avengers movie, Marvel Comics has presented Tony Stark and Bruce Banner in a more friendly light than we’ve seen before. But Original Sin may change that, as the murder of the Watcher has released the darkest secrets of the Marvel Universe.
The upcoming Hulk vs. Iron Man # 1 puts forth the idea that Tony Stark may have had a hand in turning Bruce Banner into the Hulk. And let’s just say that the Hulk isn’t exactly pleased about this revelation.
This is also the final storyline for Mark Waid and Kieron Gillen before they depart Hulk and Iron Man, respectively. Joining Waid and Gillen on Hulk vs. Iron Man # 1 is Mark Bagley, a comic book artist who is no stranger to superhero action. Marvel has released a preview of Bagley’s pages from the upcoming storyline and they are very impressive.
Hulk vs. Iron Man # 1 will smash its way into comic book stores on Wednesday, June 25.
