The after-effects of Brazil’s 7-1 loss to Germany Tuesday are still reverberating throughout the globe.
Not only did we learn the loss was the most tweeted sporting event in the social media’s history, but the agony of defeat resonating throughout Brazil has truly been dumbfounding, resulting in a wide-spread coup recognizing the loss throughout the national media.
Not only have we seen the shockingly pervasive distraught come upon the fans in South America, but now, because of the digital age in which we live, we are seeing the front pages of the local newspapers in Brazil go viral as well.
Below are what I consider to be the top 15 most shocking and brutal front pages that have been making the rounds on the internet, complete with translations to the right of the slide.
Part of me doesn’t want to admit this, but I think it’s reasonable to pray for the safety of all those involved with Brazil soccer currently.
That being said, go Germany!
