Indie legend Kevin Smith is back, and with a very strange sense of humor. His latest film, Tusk, is the saga of a podcaster who gets turned into a walrus. No, it’s not an enchanting fantasy about undersea adventures, it’s a body horror comedy starring Justin Long as the poor bastard who gets walrused and Michael Parks as the psychotic bastard who walruses him.

Tusk was released to divided reactions earlier this year, but emerges on DVD and Blu-ray with special features like this CraveOnline Exclusive deleted scene. The sequence reveals the origin of Tusk‘s villain, Howard Howe (Parks), through colorful animation. Fans who saw Tusk in theaters will recognize the monologue, but here they can get a glimpse into Howard Howe’s psyche in addition to hearing Michael Parks’ rip into the monologue with his usual aplomb.
