Beating out Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Washington D.C., Boston has claimed the spot as America’s bid for the 2024 Summer Olympic Games.
Olympic committee and city officials were obviously quite excited about the final choice, expressing optimism and hope that Boston will present a compelling bid as the potential host of the summer olympics in nearly a decade.
