It happens to the best of us, no? The third-highest scorer in NBA history has come down with yet another injury, seemingly a torn rotator cuff during the loss to the New Orleans Pelicans Wednesday night.
Kobe Bryant went up for a two-handed dunk, and when he came back down, he said it felt like his shoulder “came out of joint a little bit”. Rotator cuff injuries are no laughing matter, typically requiring surgery and possibly a couple months of rehabilitation.
The Lakers are already not performing very well this season; this doesn’t bode well.
