Located just steps away from Art Basel in Miami Beach, Design Miami is a stunning satellite fair that showcases a selection of cutting-edge art furnishings and high concept décor. The fair is a reasonable size, allowing visitors to take it in without feeling exhausted or overwhelmed by the scale of the offerings. Crave walked the fair, enjoying the range of styles and materials that make interior design an art in its own right. Here are some of our favorites.

Laffanour / Galerie Downtown, Paris, brings together exceptional works by Pierre Jeanneret and Le Corbusier, Charlotte Perriand and Jean Prouvé. The pieces, selected by François Laffanour, were originally realized for the Chandigarh project in India, which involved designing a new city the size of the capital as “an expression of faith in India’s future.”  The result is a sumptuous selection of furnishings, objects, and interiors, as well as Le Corbusier’s original sketches for the project.
