When you’re in the spotlight, it’s a good idea to make the most of that time to shine a light on your passion projects. Game of Thrones actor Ben Hawkey, most famous for his role as Hot Pie in the HBO show, is certainly doing just that, with him opening up a bakery inspired by the show called You Know Nothing John Dough.
Based in London, the bakery is exclusive to the delivery service Deliveroo, distributing loaves inspired by the direwolf bread Hot Pie made for Arya Stark. The loaves are sold for £100 each, and are “made from wholewheat cornbread with orange zest.”

Discussing his decision to make the loaves a reality, Hawkey said: “Hot Pie’s Direwolf loaves are a favorite for Game of Thrones fans, and people are always asking me for the secret of my recipe.”
He continued: “I can’t share that, but Deliveroo customers will have the chance to try them themselves. You don’t even need to take a dangerous walk down the King’s Road to visit, it comes to you.”
Game of Thrones fans will be disappointed to learn that the loaves won’t be distributed outside of London, but for those living in the UK capital the loaves are available to order right here (when they’re back in stock, that is — they’re currently sold out). Hot Pie works as a baker in Game of Thrones, which is currently in its seventh season.
