There is a common misconception among the people that alcohol is inherently bad for your health and that it should be avoided. However, a number of studies showed that beer, wine, and other types of drinks can actually be beneficial for you, as long as you take them in moderation. Of course, even water can be harmful if you drink way too much of it. However, if you want to boost the health benefits of your beer, you should give the organic beer a try, as it is made from organic, natural grains using special, traditional methods. So, here are the 5 most tasteful beers you can have today.

Pinkus-Muller Brewery

The German beer has always been considered among the best in the world, and for a good reason. Most of their beers have a long tradition and follow old, family recipes. Pinkus-Muller brewery is among the most famous ones, not only in Germany but also worldwide. It was founded in 1816 when a man named Johannes Muller came to Munster and set up a brewery and a bakery. Obviously, it was the brewery that eventually survived, because people love to drink more than they love to eat. In order to taste this traditional greatness, you should drink their altbier, which translates to old beer and truly captures that historic scent you can only get from years of hard work.

Peak Organic Brewery

Peak Organic brewery is one of the pioneers when it comes to making organic beer. Their founder, John Cadoux, promoted organic beverages by supporting the local ingredients and thus creating a beer that is not only beneficial for health but also useful to the community. This doesn’t mean that you always need to dwell on the quality of the ingredients or carefully sip your drink in complete silence. Their Happy Hour organic beer is a light beverage that is perfect for summer nights with friends because you can relax and be certain that it’s quality you’re getting.

Butte Creek Brewery

Although the official slogan that says they’re official brewery of planet Earth may seem a bit pretentious, it’s not without a reason. Namely, Butte Creek is a company that uses organic ingredients to make their beer as it is both healthier and environment-friendly. As they don’t contain pesticides, they’re not poisonous to the organism and don’t pollute the world. Butte Creek makes a fantastic organic version of the Pilsner beer that you simply must try. If that’s not your thing, you can also give IPA a taste.

Eel River Brewery

With a name like that, you’d expect Eel River brewery to be making some slimy beers that neither look nor taste any good. However, it is only a disguise to ward off anyone who is not ready to taste the true organic goodness. While they may not be the first organic brewery in the USA, they are certainly the first certified one. We would recommend you try their California blonde beer that has 5.8% of alcohol in it and leaves you with a great aftertaste. If you like your beer stronger and slightly more bitter, then try the organic IPA which has the dazzling 7.2 and might leave you somewhat light-headed. However, the quality of the ingredients ensures that there aren’t any unwanted repercussions in the morning.

Lakefront Brewery

While most other breweries specialize in organic or non-organic beers, Lakefront likes to let you decide what suits you best. Not only do they make organic and non-organic beers, they also make gluten-free ones, so everyone can enjoy a glass of their choice. The brewery was founded about 30 years ago by two brothers on a mission to create as diverse drinking experience as possible. Our recommendation is the interesting, gluten-free version of Pilsner called New Grist. You don’t have to be allergic to gluten to enjoy this amazingly light and high-quality beer, though. Besides that, there’s always the amazing organic White Belgian beer that won’t leave you indifferent, for sure.
