- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 large can diced tomatoes with juice
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 large can tomato sauce
- 2 cups chopped green pepper
- 2 beef bouillon cubes

- 1 tsp pepper
Preparation: In a large fry pan, brown beef. Drain. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 35 minutes.
