Breaking news: Some people don’t like meat. While initial reports of this were discounted as ridiculous, we can now confirm that some diners would not willingly choose said meat at a barbecue. While we assume most of these “people” are escaped prisoners or mental patients, a proper grill master must feed such a BBQ guest with the same dedication and commitment of proper, handsome carnivores.
Fortunately, we continue our Summer Grilling Guy’d video series this week with a crash course in grilling seafood. We welcome Lovejoy “The Dancing Chef” Cole to strip away the mystery of grilling a nice piece of fish.

- 1 lb of Atlantic Salmon (Skin-On)
- 1 bunch of Asparagus
- 1 bag of Mixed Greens
- 1 pint of Orange Juice
- 1 pint of Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 bottle of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 bottle of BBQ sauce
- Salt
- Pepper
- Sugar
- Lemon
