End of Summer Recipe: Easy Meatball Dinner

It’s the end of summer, and you don’t have time to knock around the kitchen — slaving in the indoor heat while the fun outdoor heat beckons. So, we’re tossing your way a quick Italian recipe that’ll get you happily fed and back out to enjoy every last bit of pre-autumn sunshine.

Easy Meatball Dinner

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 bag frozen Italian meatballs
  • 3 cups cubes red potatoes
  • 2 cans Hunts tomatoes, oregano, onion, and garlic flavor
  • 1 can green beans

Preparation: Brown 1/2 of the bag in the olive oil. Add the rest of ingredients. Cook for 20 minutes. Serve. Get back outside.
