In the ever-expanding world of boutique festival offerings for the culturally minded individual, it’s getting harder and harder to stand out from the pack and put on an event that (despite literally all of them branded as such in their press releasees) is truly ‘unique’.
Enter Cubby House, a joint venture between veteran musical shenanigan-fest Secret Garden, and culture website Concrete Playground, which with its offering of music, food and drink (duh) alongside lawn games, comedy (not just pushed aside to a seperate stage but a main event in itself), talks, crafts, workshops and the illusively coined errands, defies categorisation completely.
Organisers released the timetable for the event, held at the historic Strickland House in Vaucluse this Sunday October 25th, which again proves, with its relaxed, single stage approach, that Cubby House is set to be something festival-goers probably haven’t witnessed before.

A ticket price of $85.20 covers everything bar the drinks which will be available for purchase at a cash bar.
