‘Exhibitionism’: Rolling Stones Fan Meets Music Legends in London

Do you remember when you were visiting some of the historic spots frequented by your favorite rock band in London? No?

It was that time a video crew was following you around as you explored the history of your most beloved music. You don’t recall this? How could you forget the moment when the band themselves showed up to surprise you in person?

No, you don’t recollect any of this because it didn’t happen to you. Instead, it all happened to American Alex Emanuel as he met his beloved Rolling Stones. Emanuel was invited to London as an ultimate Stones lover to celebrate their current 50th anniversary show, Exhibitionism at the Saatchi Gallery.

During his tour across London, Emanuel visited everywhere from the record stores where the band first rehearsed to their favorite recording spots to their early residences. All of that was leading up to his tour of Exhibitionism.

While on the scene of the massive Stones retrospective, Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Bill Wyman and Charlie Watts were on hand to greet him and — if even for a few minutes — make him feel like part of the band.

You can catch the video of the star-crossed meeting here. If you want to take a shot at winning a London trip to explore its music, art and history, Visit London is offering a chance to win an ultimate fan trip during their current sweepstakes.
