RFK Jr. questioned about dead raccoon parts

Robert F. Kennedy Jr., who has been one of the most controversial figures in Donald Trump’s administration, once reportedly cut off the penis of a dead raccoon in front of his own children, according to a diary entry that was quoted in his new biography by journalist Isabel Vincent.

Released on April 14, 2026, the biography contained a diary entry by RFK Jr, where the Secretary of Health and Human Services described cutting off the penis of a dead raccoon. Dated November 11, 2001, the entry read, “I was standing in front of my parked car on I-684 cutting the penis out of a road-killed raccoon, thinking about how weird some of my family members have turned out to be. My kids waited patiently in the car.”

As to why he did this, Vincent explained that RFK Jr. took it to “study them later.” But TMZ wanted to get more out of RFK Jr., so the outlet tried to confront the infamous politician. “What did you do with the raccoon’s dead penis? Where is it now?” the cameraman for the publication asked, but Kennedy simply chuckled and walked away with a Starbucks cup in his hand.

As netizens continue debating this bizarre incident, RFK Jr. remains unpopular for his policies and takes on health issues. RFK Jr.’s policies have been accompanied by a staggering rise in measles cases nationwide. However, he continues to insist that the U.S. has outperformed “any country in the world” in prevention.
