One man’s shit is another man’s treasure, I guess.
According to the India Times, residents in the Indian village of Gurugram have been holding on to what they believe to be a rare mineral that possibly came from a meteor and fell from the sky. They’re even going as far as storing it in their refrigerators in an effort to preserve it.
Now it’s time for the reality check. What the villagers are storing in their fridges next to their lunches is most likely “blue ice.” Or in other words, it’s frozen toilet waste from planes that have picked their town as the perfect place to release their goods.

“The heavy mass of ice, which is not associated with any type of rainy weather, suggests there is a possibility it might have fallen as frozen toilet water coming out from some aircraft lavatory,” one official who inspected the ice said. “There are a number of zig-zagging air routes in this area.”
As for those villagers who decided to keep that frozen ball of piss and shit in their fridges next to their pudding? Yeah, it’s no longer party time.
Imagine the plight of scientists who confirm it has shit

“Villagers who kept it inside their refrigerators are disappointed and are now busy cleaning their houses,” a villager said.
Funny story. Well, unless one of those fridges was in your house, of course.
