Groovin The Moo is back for its 11th instalment in 2015 and today organisers have announced Peaches, Wolfmother, You Me At Six, San Cisco, Hilltop Hoods and a huge lineup of artists who will be touring with the festival as it makes its way across regional Australia in April and May this year.
Also joining touring with the festival through regional centres this year will be internationals like Charli XCX, A$AP Ferg, RL Grime, Broods, and Peace, while Flight Facilities, Hermitude, The Preatures and Sticky Fingers are filling out a solid Australian contingent. See the full lineup below.
Adelaide rappers Hilltop Hoods will bring their single Cosby Sweater – which they’ve called “the most unfortunately named song of 2014” – after it came in third on triple j’s Hottest 100 of 2014 earlier this week. The three-piece are known for their high-energy live shows and crowd-friendly sing-a-longs, and recently used those skills to close out triple j’s Beat The Drum concert.
After its 2014 South Australian debut, Oakbank will once again host the very first Groovin The Moo festival stop on ANZAC Day, Saturday, 25th April, before the festival makes its way to Bunbury, Bendigo, Canberra, Maitland, and finishes up in Townsville on Sunday, 10th May.
Last year’s lineup saw the likes of Disclosure, Karnivool, Violent Soho, Parkway Drive, Vance Joy and The Presets take the regional festival stage.
Tickets will be on sale from Tuesday, 3rd February 2015.
