That is the inimitable Courtney Love acting like quite the deranged mess, but what else is new? She posted this on her Twitter account this week and, I’m not too sure what’s happening here but I think someone should call 911. Or at the very least, a hair stylist. It looks like Helen Keller got to her with some sheep shears and a personal vendetta.
