Amanda Bynes has been banned from the roads … because the DMV just suspended her driver’s license. According to the L.A. Times, California DMV records reflect Bynes’ license was suspended after the actress was slapped with two misdemeanor hit-and-run charges this week. According to the Times, DMV officials wouldn’t specify the exact reason for the suspension or exactly when it took effect.
DMV officials wouldn’t specify the exact reason? I’m gonna take a wild stab and say it’s because she was charged with a DUI. Or the two hit-and-runs. Or the DMV holds a lottery when a small town has more than 436 residents so they hang someone and take someone’s license. Or she drove the Batmobile without a valid Class C license. Or maybe it was her fishing license. The possibilities are literally endless here.
