Meanwhile in Beverly Hills: Hotel Refuses to Serve Caitlyn Jenner Over Holes in Jeans, So That’s Where You Draw the Line

We can think of a lot of reasons to shun Caitlyn Jenner: her horrendous stance on trans athletes (despite being a former male Olympian), her conservative “values” (despite being part of a minority group), her white male entitlement (despite identifying as a woman). But holey jeans isn’t one of them. Then again, who the hell wears holey jeans anymore?

Jenner does, apparently. We know this because she was recently refused service at the Beverly Hills Hotel for wearing a pair of distressed denim – and she blasted the venue on social media for it.

“@bevhillshotel f–k your horrible service for not letting me have lunch with this tiny rip in my jeans. Shame on you. Disgusting,” she wrote on an Instagram Story on Monday. “I have been a patron for decades. No longer.”

To be fair, the hotel does have a posted dress code on its website that states, “At the Polo Lounge, we encourage you to dress for the occasion, so we ask that you refrain from wearing casual hats, ripped denim, crop tops, nightwear, swimwear and men’s sleeveless shirts.”

But instead of simply accepting that she was in the wrong, Jenner took this as an opportunity to play the victim, ranting again on Instagram: “Interesting it says ‘we encourage’…so it doesn’t say it’s a mandatory dress code.”

Good lord, woman. Don’t you have enough money that you could have a personal chef whip you up something to eat or drink at home?

Then again, maybe she’s right – the problem might not be her wardrobe, it’s her attitude. What’s the Beverly Hills Hotel’s policy on bitchiness? We’re pretty sure she’s violated it. Ditto for any policies on bad plastic surgery. (Seriously, Caitlyn, we hope you got a refund on that facelift.)

If the hotel was trying to teach Jenner a lesson, well, good luck with that. We suspect she won’t be back – and we’re positive she won’t be missed.
