On Friday, September 6, Jennifer Lopez and Matt Damon were photographed engaging in a private conversation at the “Unstoppable” afterparty. Lopez plays a leading role in the movie. The film’s premiere at the 2024 Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) was held at the EPOCH Bar & Kitchen Terrace at The Ritz-Carlton. This marked Lopez’s first public appearance since news of her divorce from Ben Affleck. The film stars Lopez, while Damon and Affleck produced it via their production company, Artists Equity.

In the photos, Lopez smiles as she holds Damon’s hand while they sit next to each other at the party. Meanwhile, Damon appears to be listening to her intently. According to PEOPLE’s report, the party saw the two catching up for over 20 minutes. The two reportedly sat to chat after posing for group pictures together.

For her appearance at the 2024 TIFF, Lopez stunned in a head-turning silver Tamara Ralph gown. The dress also featured bold splits from either side, tied together with black velvet bows. As per multiple reports, she complemented it with a Judith Leiber clutch and Hassanzadeh diamonds. Meanwhile, Damon opted for a grey suit with a black buttoned shirt inside. Meanwhile, Ben Affleck did not attend the TIFF premiere.

“Unstoppable” tells the life story of Anthony Robles, a wrestler born with one leg. The movie saw its much-awaited premiere on September 6 at the Toronto International Film Festival this year.
