The Hip-Hop world has all but given up hoping for an actual release of Dr. Dre’s eternally-delayed Detox album, and Axl Rose has thrown so much side-eye at the reclusive producer that we’re starting to think the sequel to Chinese Democracy is going to hit before we finally hear the album we’ve been hearing about for over a decade.
Now, after a couple tentative tastes that Dre has disowned as incomplete, the rap legend gives a little snippet of one of his new tracks.
Dr. Dre recently previewed a song in the studio, and a video clip shot by Lemar Guillary, a professional trombonist, gives us the inside sounds. In the clip, the West Coast veteran can be seen rocking out to the cut, which features plucked strings and a heavy bass. Check out the video below (via HHNM).
