When they’re not writing the best album of the year or stealing a fan’s GoPro camera for some amazing POV concert footage, the Arctic Monkeys enjoy a bit of downtime with the idiot box – specifically, the show “Breaking Bad,” which delivers its series finale this Sunday.
NME spoke to Arctic Monkeys’ drummer Matt Helders and frontman Alex Turner about how the show – which has become brutally dramatic in recent episodes – will end, what kind of music Turner would’ve written for the series and whether Walter White will untangle his incredible mess for a sense of redemption in the series’ final installment.
