Arctic Monkeys covered the late Lou Reed‘s ‘Walk On The Wild Side’ on Monday night (October 28th).
The Sheffield band performed a rendition of arguably Reed’s most well-known track, taken from his 1972 second solo album Transformer, during their encore at the Liverpool Echo Arena.
The band aren’t the first to pay their respects to The Velvet Underground singer, with the music world offering their condolences over the course of the past week since it was announced that Reed had passed away on Sunday (October 27th).
