So far this generation has been all about indie games and remasters. That isn’t changing any time soon, and in-fact Square Enix has announced a second next-gen upgrade coming this year: Sleeping Dogs Definitive Edition.
Amazon has leaked the announcement of a Sleeping Dogs Definitive Edition for Xbox One and PS4. It will feature improved visuals, bolstered by a 1080p resolution, as well as every previously released DLC pack adding characters, skins, and story-driven content.
Pre-orders will also receive a Limited Edition Artbook that has 28 pages of concept art. Amazon and GameStop are currently the only confirmed participating retailers.

Square Enix had a lot of success with Tomb Raider Definitive Edition, which has already earned just under one million sales. This is unlikely the last title from the publisher to get remaster treatment.
Sleeping Dogs is an open-world action-adventure game. Set in Hong Kong, it features notorious real-world Southeast Asian gangs such as the Triads in a brutal but compelling story mode.
