Sony has asked PS4 owners to sign up to test out the next system software update for the console, allowing gamers to gain early access to it.
Sony noted that the beta will kick off in early March, though did not give an exact start date. In order to sign up you’ll need a valid PSN ID, with Sony sending out the invites via email to users who have been chosen to take part in the beta.

Sony stated that they’re only allowing a select number of beta testers, so if you want to take part, you’ll have to sign up now before they refuse any more entries.
