Montreal Comiccon has revealed its schedule for this year’s event, which runs from July 8-10 and will feature a number of special guests, mainly hometown boy William Shatner.
Montreal Comiccon will also present the Star Trek 50th Anniversary Special Event, a 60-minute special multi-generational event featuring William Shatner (Star Trek: TOS), Kate Mulgrew (Star Trek: Voyager) and newly added guest Brent Spiner (Star Trek: TNG) live on stage. Fans will get to listen to these icons tell stories about traveling across the Star Trek landscape that has not only been a big part of their professional lives, but has impacted popular culture, technology and actual space exploration.
There will also be celebrity Q&As with John Barrowman (Arrow, Doctor Who), Tom Felton (Harry Potter), Arryn Zech (RWBY), Billy Dee Williams (Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back), Bob Morley (The 100), Bob Layton (Iron Man), and Cary Elwes (The Princess Bride). There will be photo ops, as well as panels and workshops on everything from creating your own costumes to getting started in the comics industry or taking part in a video game demo.
