The heroes of the Bureau for Paranormal Research and Defense a.k.a. the B.P.R.D. have been trying to hold back Hell on Earth for years, and it has cost them dearly. New players like Ashley Strode have started to emerge, but even she can only do so much.
Strode’s story continues this week in the pages of B.P.R.D.: Hell on Earth # 142 as she finally catches up with the demon that has been taking children for a long time. Unlike most agents, Strode actually does have some otherworldly powers and abilities to call upon in her time of need. But even the B.P.R.D. leaders would probably think twice about heading into this confrontation alone and without backup. Has Strode made a deadly mistake? We’ll soon know…

B.P.R.D.: Hell on Earth #142 will be on sale this Wednesday, June 15. Mike Mignola, Cameron Stewart, and Chris Roberson co-wrote the issue, which features art by Mike Norton, colors by Dave Stewart provided the colors, and a cover by Duncan Fegredo.
