This is why you guys log onto the internet everyday — for stories just like this. This is a gem.

Let’s all meet 45-year-old Neven Ciganovic. Neven is a stylist from Croatia and a self-described plastic surgery “addict” who is a pretty big deal on Instagram where he currently has 14.9k followers. But there’s one reason we are talking about this dude, and that’s because a botched nose job led to quite the awkward situation.

Never has already had about 12 different surgeries, so he recently flew to Iran in order to fix his crooked septum. And what happened? Well the anesthetic given to him gave him a bad reaction during the surgery as it triggered a condition called priapism. And what the hell is that? Well priapism causes a permanent boner. Swell.

“I was in Iran for rhinoplasty for the documentary film which is covering my life,” Neven told The Sun“I was given general anesthesia and I reacted badly to it.”

This condition is said to be “extremely painful” and it causes an erection that can last for several hours or longer. If left untreated for 24 hours it can leave the penis permanently damaged, even leading to erectile dysfunction.

Neven had to go through a separate operation in order to relive him of his boner, and now he’s on the road to recovery.

And even though he suffered this embarrassing mishap, Neven is still upbeat.

“I’m looking forward to a movie about myself, Neven said. “The film crew dedicated a whole episode about me. I think this is a big deal and I hope this is the start of my international career.”

According to Neven more surgeries are on the way including a procedure where platelets will be taken from one person’s blood and be used on Neven as a skin filler. Oh boy.
