Anybody else think thins burrito tastes like a roll of quarters?
According to ABC Action News, a 28-year-old Florida man was arrested for DUI in Spring Hill Wednesday afternoon after he mistook a Bank of America drive-thru for Taco Bell.
No, seriously.
Police said the manager of Bank of America called them “to report an impaired driver after he found an unconscious man behind the wheel of a blue sedan in the bank’s drive-thru lane.” The manager then pounded on the window until the driver woke up, at which point the guy behind the wheel asked the manager for a burrito.
Douglas Francisco probably wasn’t thrilled when the manager informed him that he wasn’t at Taco Bell, but he was probably more pissed about being arrested for impaired driving when police showed up a short while later. Arresting officers noted that Francisco “had delayed reactions to their questions as well as slowed movements consistent with someone under the influence of prescription narcotics.”
Francisco had prescribed Oxycodone and Xanax on him at the time of his arrest but sadly, no burrito from Taco Bell.
