What do you do when you’re drunk off your ass, feeling snacky, and wandering the aisles of a grocery store? Have a dance-off with the manager, of course.
At least, that’s what happened when one inebriated UK couple walked into a Tesco Express in Lyndhurst, Hampshire. 48-year-old Lisa Negus and her 51-year-old fiancé, Steve Williams, celebrated their 2-year anniversary at a nearby restaurant with plenty of booze but still had the munchies following their meal. So they stopped into the store to nab some snacks to take back to their hotel.
That’s when Williams decided to start boogeying – and the manager soon joined in. A now-viral video shows their hilarious dance-off, which featured both dudes doing the Worm on the floor of the candy aisle.
“I was drunk and having a little bit of a dance,” Williams told Kennedy News. “And he just came over and started doing it as well, so we had a dance-off.”
“It was the best customer service ever,” Negus added.
Maybe if we all drunkenly danced our way through the world like this, life would be a little happier.
