Meanwhile in Brazil: Man’s Wife Asks For Divorce But That’s OK, He Still Has 8 More

When a woman asks a man for divorce, usually it’s a devastating event. If the man was truly in love, he’s losing his wife and facing a defeated return to singledom. Bachelorhood isn’t all it’s cracked up to be, especially after you’ve experienced the tender, loving care of a woman you adore.

But one Brazilian hubby will fare just fine, thankyouverymuch, after being asked for a divorce from his wife…because he has eight more.

Eight more wives, that is, not divorces. His name is Arthur O Urso and he married a brethren of women to “celebrate true love” last year in Sao Paulo. The wedding was, in his words, a “protest against monogamy.”

Urso, who is a model, was already married to his swinger wife Luana Kazaki, when he said “I do” to eight more women. (Granted, none of the nuptials were legally binding because polygamy is outlawed in Brazil.)

Still, one woman wanted out. Identified only as Agatha, she decided to ditch this dude because she was “missing a monogamous relationship,” according to Urso.

“She wanted to have me all to herself,” he told Jam Press. “It didn’t make sense – we have to share. I was very sad about the separation and even more surprised by her excuse.”

All the other Mrs. agreed that the dissenting wife’s “attitude was wrong” and “that she accepted the marriage for adventure and not for real feelings,” Urso said.

But don’t cry for Urso, because he already has plans to fill the empty space in his bed – and then some.

“I have a dream – my wish has always been to have 10 wives,” Urso said. He also plans to be fruitful and multiply. “I only have one daughter, but I want to have [a child] with each one of my wives.”

And just when you thought this story couldn’t get any wilder, here’s the kicker: do you know how Urso supports all these women? By posting porn videos of himself and his first wife on OnlyFans, which nets him a whopping $73K a month. Now if only he got his other wives in on the action, imagine what he could be raking in…
