Matt Damon may not be working with Zack Snyder for Superman vs. Batman … yet … but he is now working with yet another well regarded director: Christopher Nolan.
Crave’s Collider website detailed Damon’s minor role in Nolan’s next saga Interstellar. Damon will only shoot for two weeks of the scheduled four month shoot. He joins an already stacked cast Nolan put together. Interstellar is scheduled for release November 7, 2014.
Collider also revealed Wednesday Damon could make his debut as a director for the film A Murder Foretold.
“The fascinating story revolves around the murder of beloved and devoted Guatemalan corporate attorney Rodrigo Rosenberg who played a videotape at his funeral predicting his murder and implicating the President, the President’s wife, and other close aides. Rosenberg hoped his video would call attention to the epidemic of homicides and the government corruption that allowed such unchecked violence to continue. However, an investigation by a special prosecutor led to a remarkable twist in the case but also a serious crackdown on violence.”
