The second episode of Arrow Season 4 is already slated to introduce Alexander Calvert as Anarky and Echo Kellum as Curtis Holt a.k.a Mr. Terrific. But there’s at least one other character entering the series in that episode as well.
Access Hollywood is reporting that Jeri Ryan will guest star on Arrow as Jessica Danforth, an ambitious politician who is aligned with the Queen family. Danforth will also be targeted by “a menacing antagonist,” who may or may not be Anarky.
Ryan is best known for playing Seven of Nine on Star Trek: Voyager, in addition to her roles on Dark Skies, Shark, Body of Proof, Boston Public, Helix, and Leverage (pictured above).

Yesterday, British actor Jimmy Akingbola (Holby City) was also signed for a season-long recurring role on Arrow as Baron Reiter, an adversary of Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell) in this season’s flashback storyline. In the DC Comic book universe, Baron Reiter’s counterpart is Baron Blitzkrieg, the leader of the Shadowspire criminal organization. The other major addition to Arrow Season 4 is Damien Darhk (Neal McDonough), the leader of a renegade group that broke off from the League of Assassins. Darhk was alluded to several times during Arrow Season 3.
Arrow will return to The CW on October 7th. Ryan’s episode will air on October 14th, and it is not clear when Akingbola will make his debut on the series.
