British Comedian Michael McIntyre Announces Australian Tour

Michael McIntyre – the UK’s biggest selling comedian – has just announced he is bringing his latest stand up show Happy & Glorious to Australia in October. Tickets going on sale Tuesday 24th May, be sure to get in quick as if the UK and Ireland legs of the tour are anything to go by, these shows will sell out faster than a career politician.

Selling over four hundred thousand tickets over the past year, as well as beating his rivals to the Christmas Number One slot in the DVD chart, you could say Michael is doing well. However considering 2015 tour saw him awarded the prestigious keys to London’s 02 Arena – after performing an astonishing 27 shows at that venue – doing well might be a bit of understatement.

I mean he’s performed at O2 more than One Direction and Take That… which is amazing for a comedian. Hell he even equaled Rihanna’s 2011 record at the venue with a record matching 10 shows. That’s not even touching on his numerous DVDs and his TV show Michael McIntyre’s Big Show on BBC One.

So trust me when I tell you… this guy is kind of a big deal.

But why trust me when you can see for yourself by checking out this video of him performing here with full tour details below.
