In our opinion, you can take your spinach-based, chia seed-infused, breakfast smoothie and shove it. Real breakfast should contain a healthy dose of carbs (hopefully sweet) and savory, salty meat of some kind. Come at us, but we believe the best breakfast combination of all time is a stack of buttery, real (not that chemically, artificial crap) maple syrup slathered pancakes paired with thick-cut, salty bacon or slightly spicy, breakfast sausage. The combination of sweet and savory really gets us excited to start the day right. Usually, we prefer our pancakes without any added flavoring, but after we heard about the latest offering from Betty Crocker, we decided the time was right to branch out.

We’re talking about another combination made in nostalgic breakfast heaven: Lucky Charms Complete Marshmallow Pancake Kit. Yes, you read that right. It’s a pancake kit that pairs the sweet, leprechaun-adorned, marshmallow-filled childhood favorite cereal with the gluten-filled, rich goodness of a pancake.

The kit includes pancake mix and cereal toppings. All you need to do to make these soon-to-be-favorite pancakes is combine them with water or milk and spoon them onto a hot skillet. You are mere moments away from stuffing your face with marshmallow, pancake magic. It’ll be like St. Patrick’s Day is every day.

The mix comes in a 14.5-ounce box, large enough for 16 pancakes. You can be sure there will be enough for one hungry adult or a gaggle of Lucky Charms-loving children. We won’t blame you, though, if you keep this for yourself.
